With over 100,000+ enhanced ads produced a year, the Creative Solutions team at Nexxen Studio needed a mechanism for sales and account teams to browse our expansive body of work in an efficient way that supported their team workflows.
Task
As the business stakeholder, I led the vision and requirements for this project through design sprints and iterations to final QA and approval of MVP.
Impact
The MVP of the NEW Creative Demo Library improved sales operational efficiency by reducing prospecting time by 87% while increasing creative team bandwidth by 33%.
